A collective of construction contractors that had formed a strategic alliance to share referrals for work that they could not take on or was work they just didn’t do contacted Rapid City Vintage Speed to build a website where they could share jobs and get formation. This site became a community site of sorts with an instant messaging app and a photo share app.
